Description of Service
EddieKranc Creations provides photography services based on the package purchased. Information on the packages can be found here : https://www.eddiekranc.com/contact/
All photo packages sales are final. Each sale is first initiated with a non-refundable/transferrable deposit to secure the booking data and time. The deposit is part of the full amount for the package, and the remaining amount is due in full at the day of the scheduled photoshoot.
Timeline
After the date of the photoshoot and final payment is received (full final invoice with any additional fees), proofs of the photos will be uploaded to the online gallery so the client can choose the ones that they would like to be edited as the final images. The photos will have a watermark and won’t be available for download.
Note: Not all photo sessions are subjected to a proof selection. IE Product photography will be chosen at the discretion of the photographer.
Once the client has completed the process of choosing the photos to be edited, EddieKranc Creation promises to have them edited and uploaded to the online gallery in no later than 2 weeks starting 24 hours after the client has completed the choosing process.
Rescheduling/Cancellation
To reschedule, the client must have this communicated to the photographer 72 hours before the scheduled shoot day. If communicated after the 72hour mark, the client is subjected to a $50 fee.
If a client chooses to cancel the shoot in it’s entirety, they forfeit their deposit.
Payments and fees
A deposit is due to be able to schedule a date. Until that deposit is paid, no services or scheduling is promised.
At the day of the shoot you will have until the end of the day (11:59pm MST day of shoot) to pay the final invoice. After the 7th day of non-payment, the client is subject to a $15 late fee.
Refunds
All sales are final. There will be no refunds
Liability
If EddieKranc Creations isn’t able to provide the services on the day of the shoot or within the timeline provided, the client is able entitled to a refund of the amount minus the deposit.
Client Acknowledgment
The client acknowledges and agrees that EddieKranc Creations cannot guarantee the results of effectiveness of any of the services rendered or to be rendered. Rather, the services shall be executed in a professional manager and to the best of their ability. Best efforts will be used but no results are promised.
If the client isn’t satisfied with the results at the delivery of the proofs or final images, they have 10 days from the date of the upload to communicate this and work on a solution but it isn’t guaranteed.
If the client is requiring a full reshoot, the deposit from the initial shoot is transferred and the client is responsible for either the full remaining amount of the package or a discounted amount, at the discretion of the photographer.
If client has any requests, they must be communicated in writing and an example provided 72 hours before the scheduled shoot dates.
These requests include:
- Items that should/shouldn’t be used in an image
- Must have shots
- Any other specific needs for the shoots
Any changes to the contract must be approved and signed by both parties.
